In this Mobile Nursing Lab simulation, WVJC nursing students took part in an intense healthcare scenario using one of our high-tech simulation mannequins. They engaged with the patient’s father to gather vital information, asking critical questions to assess the situation thoroughly. Once they identified that the patient was suffering from an allergic reaction, the students quickly sprang into action, administering Epinephrine into the patient’s thigh muscle. This hands-on experience, provided by the WVJC Mobile Nursing Lab, prepares our students for real-life medical emergencies, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed in their nursing careers.
