Renee Rollins is the Dental Program Director at WVJC Charleston. Renee completed her diploma in dental assisting after graduating from Poca High School. Renee’s dental field experience includes general dentistry, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry. She is passionate about the dental field and has over 15 years of in-field experience.
WVJC offers a hands-on approach to education. Students can learn real-world skills that are important in a dental office with teachers who care about their success. Renee’s favorite part of her job is watching students reach their full potential. She said, “I also enjoy the opportunity to build relationships with my students and share laughter and joy with them.”
One of Renee’s most recent accomplishments is completing her Business Administration Associate Degree through WVJC Online. Renee wanted to further her education to learn more about business operations and computer applications. Thanks to the fast-track program, she earned her Associate Degree in 18 months!
In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband. She volunteers as the Team Mom on her son’s football team and enjoys attending the games. Renee also enjoys shopping and taking walks in her neighborhood.
